Welcome to Nursery

At Our Lady’s, we offer high-quality Early Years provision for children age 2 - 4, delivered by a Qualified Teacher and experienced Teaching Assistants. We offer full or part time placements.  Most families are entitled to some childcare which is government funded (please click here to check if you are entitled to free childcare provision).  Additional sessions can be paid for. 

At Our Lady’s, we are committed to helping children flourish in a nurturing and supportive environment. In our Nursery class, children are encouraged to explore, discover, and grow through carefully planned activities that spark curiosity and foster a love of learning. Our dedicated and experienced staff work closely with families to ensure each child feels valued, safe, and confident as they begin their educational journey. We provide parents with digital access to their child's learning journey, which includes photographs and notes of their child's engagement in their learning through their Tapestry Online Journal.

Our Nursery children are very much part of our caring school community and enjoy taking part in whole-school events. We welcome school visits and are always happy to show you around our friendly school and nurturing Early Years environment.
